If you are using IE on your pc, you may experience the following issue that bothers you. When click on the left link, a dialog box pops out and ask for permission to go to the website, please do as the following.

1. Go to IE menu Tools

2. Choose Internet Options

3. Click on Security tab

4. Click on Custom Level, scroll down the screen to Web sites in less privileged web content zone can navigate

5. Switch the choice to Enable, and then click on OK.
